Aerobics
Aerobics is a high intensity fitness class that will be a great edition to our timetable. The students will learn aerobics routines that can be performed in our mid year concert and end of year concert. Aerobics routines are fast and energetic and will be lots of fun to perform, as well as watch.
The class will focus on strength work and flexibility. What the students learn here, they will be able to take into their other classes and it will compliment their dance technique well. They will learn jumps, kicks and lots of other fun tricks.
The attire for this class is our studio uniform and white joggers.
